"I really have to have an appointment just to look?"
Yes. I am sure this seems super harsh. But it is my goal to give you the best customer service possible. In an effort to do so I have had to change the policy to require appointments, even to just look. Since this is a special occasion store the products and services are very unique.
Times are difficult. It is my mission to ensure you stay within your budget. If clients come in and "browse" it is easy to become overwhelmed and disenchanted. I want to make sure you are in the perfect gown within your budget.
I work very diligently to know stock, colors, body shapes and sizes, to help guide you to the perfect gown. So, why be frustrated? Please allow me to help you! All I ask is when you come expect have a great time.
